Registration fees and Wooden Plaques may be paid online via the website or on site at the WGC. Please note that on-site payment is accepted in cash only.
2	2026-09-01	19:08	Guidance on Ordering Wooden Plaques (WURI 2026)
Dear WURI Participants, Thank you for your continued interest in the WURI Ranking. We have received a number of inquiries regarding the wooden plaques, and we would like to share the following guidance. 1. How to Order Wooden plaques can be ordered exclusively through the Registration Website. This applies to all universities — including those that will not be attending the WURI Global Conference. We kindly ask that you place your order through the website so that we can process it accurately. Of course, in the registration, you can download the invoice for your registration fee and Wooden Plaques. 2. Production and Delivery Production begins once payment has been completed for all orders received. For this reason, the plaques will not be available for collection at the venue in Germany; instead, we will ship them to each university promptly after the conference. We hope you will understand this arrangement. Last year, more than 40 plaques were left uncollected, and we would like to ensure that every plaque reaches its rightful recipient this time. If there are any professors or administrative staff members who have contributed to the development of your university's innovative case, we would be grateful if you could kindly register their names. A Certificate of Appreciation will then be sent to them in recognition of their valuable time and effort. Thank you very much for your kind cooperation.

First of all, you can click the following URL to access the official registration website: The 3rd WURI Global Conference Registration Website 1. Create an Account — Sign up on the registration website to create your login ID. 2. Set Up Your University Profile — Register a representative under your university's profile. 3. Add Participants — Add as many participants from your institution as you wish. 4. Assign Presentations — Register your participants as presenters, moderators, or discussants for the presentation sessions. 5. Nominate for the Certificate of Appreciation — Nominate anyone who has contributed to the preparation of your innovative case(s). 6. Order Wooden Plaques — Place an order for wooden plaques, if desired. 7. Complete Payment — Pay the total amount, covering the registration fees and any wooden plaque orders. 8. Download Your Documents — Download the Confirmation of your registration details and the Invoice for your payment.

To deliver your Wooden Plaque, we need your University Address. Please update the 'University Address' field in your profile on the registration website, so that your university's Wooden Plaque can be shipped to your institution.

You can order the Wooden Plaque for your university. When you try to order WP, you can select the top of the section named 'UR'. Thanks a lot.

Once your participants are registered on the WGC registration website and the invitation letter details are filled in, DIT will send you an invitation letter right away.

Dear Colleagues, We have received many inquiries from universities regarding Wooden Plaque (WP) orders, and we are pleased to provide the following details on pricing and shipping. You may order your Wooden Plaque through the "Wooden Plaque" menu on the Registration Website. Each plaque costs USD 150, which is inclusive of all shipping and handling charges. Please note that, as we are unable to bring the plaques to Germany in person, they will be delivered via standard postal mail. There will be no additional charge for this shipping. This is a tentative schedule of the 3rd WGC at Deggendorf Institute of Technology: The 3rd WGC Schedule Again the first deadline of WGC registration is July 17, 2026 (Reg. Fee is 450 dollars), and the final deadline is August 14, 2026 (Reg. Fee is 500 dollars). Please note that the registration fee is based on the date on which the payment is made, rather than the date of registration. Best regards,
